The Postcomm consultation entitled 'Mailsort and Access 70 services by Royal Mail' has concluded and Postcomm have now published their decision.
Mailsort 70 will be launching on 27 September 2010 (subject to the outcome of the current 28 day Postcomm consultation on licence modification).
